摘要
采用不同浓度的PEG-6000对抗旱性不同的紫花苜蓿幼苗进行渗透胁迫处理,研究了不同抗旱品种苜蓿幼苗的抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:12个紫花苜蓿品种的幼苗过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,15%或20%的PEG下3种酶活性达最大值。通过隶属函数法分析12种紫花苜蓿的抗旱性顺序为:WL168HQ>图牧2号>敖汉>龙牧100>草原1号>龙牧801>德宝>龙牧803>农菁1号>皇后>龙牧806>龙牧81。
Treatment of different alfalfa seedlings with different concentrations PEG-6000 osmotic stress,alfalfa seedlings with different drought resistance were studied the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity.The results showed that the changes of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of 12 germplasms of alfalfa seedlings appears to increase first and then decrease.The 3enzymes activity reached the maximum under the PEG stress of 5% or 20%.The order of drought resistance of 12 alfalfa varieties was analyzed by the method of membership function:WL168HQ〉Tu Mu No. 2〉AoHan〉Long Mu 100〉CaoYuan No. l〉Long Mu 801〉De Bao〉Long Mu 803〉Nong jing No. 1〉Huang Hou〉Long Mu 806〉Long Mu 81.
