摘要
本文介绍了Ku波段小型化脉冲行波管的高导流系数电子枪、高效率互作用系统和多级降压收集极的研制过程以及对其应用前景的展望。小型化行波管的输出功率达到520 W以上,整管效率达到40%以上。
The perspective of miniature Ku-band pulsed TWTs are described in this paper. The development of high perveance electron gun, high efficiency interaction system and multi-stage depressed collec tor are introduced in detail. The developed miniature TWT has an output power above 520W and efficiency above 40 %.
