高职院校创新教育人才培养模式的探索

Exploration on the Talents Training Mode of Innovative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校将创新教育理念融入到专业教育培养方案中,应以系统改革课程体系融入创新教育、优化整合各类资源建立创新平台、搭建项目实施载体开辟创新空间、提升创新能力优化创新机构等为主要特征,构建以课程建设为核心、平台内容为载体、项目实施为提升、组织机制为保障的高职院校创新教育人才培养模式,培养具有创新精神、创新意识和创新能力的高素质技术技能型专业人才。

Higher vocational colleges assimilate the innovative education idea into professional education training scheme, which is characterized by reforming the curriculum system to apply innovative education, optimizing and integrating all kinds of resources to establish the innovation platform, taking advantage of project implementation support to open up innovation space and enhancing innovation ability to optimize mechanism innovation. This paper pro- poses that it＇ s necessary to construct the personnel training mode of innovative education at higher vocational colleges by taking the curriculum construction as the core, content platform as the carrier, project implementation as the promotion, and organization mechanism as the guarantee, so as to cultivate the high-quality technical professionals with creative spirit, innovative consciousness and innovation ability.
