摘要
新疆能源生物质资源储量巨大,具有广阔的开发利用前景,但具体到不同生物质能类型时情况差异较大。本文基于3E-SRT框架和AHP方法,通过对不同生物质能类型综合效益的评估,提出新疆生物质能发展的时间序列,并结合资源禀赋和政策约束等因素,对新疆生物质能发展的前景进行深入分析。本文得出的新疆生物质能源商业化发展的时间序列为:大中型沼气工程→成型燃料→秸秆发电→生物柴油→生活垃圾能源化→燃料乙醇。
Energy biomass resources have huge reserves in Xinjiang, and will have broad prospect of development and utili- ration, hut situations are varied to different types of biomass ( including its subclasses). This paper, based on 3E - SRT frame- work and AHP method, makes a comprehensive benefit evaluation of different types of hiomass energy, and then, puts forward the time series of the biomass energy development in Xinjiang. By combining the resources endowment and policy constraints, it makes an in - depth analysis of the prospect of developing biomass energy in Xinjiang and concludes that the time series of com- mercial development of biomass energy in Xinjiang are large and medium - sized biogas projects→hriquettes fuel→molding → straw power generation→biodiesol fuel →solid waste energy regeneration →fuel ethanol.
