上海地区居住建筑能耗调研分析

On the Investigation and Analysis of Residential Buildings' Energy Consumption in Shanghai

文章结合上海近10年统计数据及实际能耗调研结果,对上海地区居住建筑用电量水平、影响因素及构成情况进行分析。结果表明,居住建筑用电量受家用空调器、电脑数量影响很小,受夏季室外温度影响较大。

Based on the recent 10 years data in Shanghai and the actual energy consumption, this paper analyzes the power consumption level, influencing factors and its structure of residential buildings in Shanghai. The results shows that the residential building electricity consumption is more affected by the outdoor temperature in summer, while less by the domestic air conditioners and the number of computers.
