针对目前天然砂的缺乏,简述社会上制砂机和机制砂的现状,着重介绍优质机制砂生产线生产原理,分析了如何控制机制砂的质量以及对机制砂混凝土和河砂混凝土进行试验比较,提出优质机制砂在混凝土中可获得良好的和易性能以及在工程中的应用。

This paper tries to find solutions to solve the shortage of natural sand, gives a summary of current status of sand making machines on the market and the sand making business, emphatically introduces the production principles of high quality sand making machines, analyses how to control the quality of artificial sand and makes a comparison between concrete using artificial sand and concrete using river sand, and puts forward the conclusion that better workability and application can be attained when making concrete with high quality artificial sand.
