Discussion on Waterproofing Construction Technology for Viaduct Bridge Deck of Jingguang-Shakou Expressway, the Luban Prize Project

京广快速路是郑州市重点工程,也是目前唯一一条贯穿郑州中心城区南北的交通要道。本文介绍了京广快速路高架桥桥面防水做法:在结构自防水的基础上,采用1.5 mm厚道桥专用聚氨酯防水涂料作防水层,其上浇筑沥青混凝土面层,并对伸缩缝、排水口等细部节点做法作了详细阐述。

Jingguang-Shakou expressway, the municipal major project in Zhengzhou, is also the only one road north-south through central city of Zhengzhou at present. The article introduced waterproofing measures of its viaduct bridge deck. On the basis of structural self-waterproofing, 1.5 mm thick special polyurethane waterproofing coating for road and bridge was applied, and asphalt concrete was poured for surface layer. Meanwhile, it detailed the treatments of main points such as expansion joint, outfall and so on.
