棉花新品种聚类分析及其利用模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨棉花种质资源的遗传多样性,为棉花品种改良及亲本选择提供信息,运用聚类、判别、多元方差等分析方法对参加2011年黄河流域中熟常规棉区试A、B两组共20个品种的产量、早熟性、抗病性及品质指标共12个性状进行分析.结果表明:各性状的变异系数以枯萎病指最大(25.36%),黄萎病指次之(19.45%),皮棉产量、株铃、铃质量、麦克隆值及纺纱均匀指数的变异系数均较大,衣分、纤维长度、比强度及整齐度的变异系数较小.聚类分析(minkowski距离,ward方法)将20个品种聚为4大类,基于聚类结果再进行判别分析,误判率为0,表明分类结果可靠.多元方差分析结果显示4类品种存在极显著差异:第I类属早熟、较高产优质类;第II类属中早熟、中产中质类;第III类属较早熟、高产中下质类;第IV类属中熟、中低产中上质类.针对各类品种的特征提出合理利用的价值和改良目标.百棉985、中植棉1017及锦科棉11号3个品种性状表现突出,在棉花品种的遗传改良中有较高的利用价值. To study the genetic diversity of cotton germplasm resources and to provide information for the improvement of cotton varieties and the selection of parents,the methods of cluster analysis,discrimination analysis, multivariate analysis of variance and so on,were applied to analyze 20 middle maturing conventional cotton varieties, which participated in the Yellow River Basin conventional cotton test A,B two groups in 2011,involving yield, earliness,disease resistance and quality index in a total of 12 traits.The results showed that among the coefficient of variation for each trait,Fusarium index (25.36%) primarily and Verticillium index (19.45%) secondly,lint yield,per plant bolls,boll weight,micronaire and spinning consistence index were larger,lint percentage,fiber length,fiber strength and uniformity coefficient were smaller.Cluster analysis (minkowski distance,ward method) 20 varieties were clustered into four categories.Based on the clustering results,discriminant analysis was carried out again and the error rate of was 0,which indicated reliable classification results.Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences (P〈0.01) in 4 varieties.Class I was a precocious,higher yield and good-quality.Class II was middle early maturing,mid-yield and mid-quality.Class III was earlier maturing,high yield and mediocre quality.Class IV was mid-maturing,mid-low yield mid-upper quality.Aim at the characteristics of all kinds of varieties,and putforward the reasonable use of the value and improvement objectives.Baimian 985,Zhongzhimian 1017 and Jinke cotton 11 had prominent traits,having a higher utility value in genetic improvement of cotton varieties.
