摘要
为研究马铃薯对枸杞种子萌发是否有影响,以宁夏枸杞为试验材料,用不同质量浓度的马铃薯块茎浸提液对枸杞种子进行处理,研究处理后枸杞种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的变化.结果表明:马铃薯块茎浸提液对枸杞种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数都有不同程度的抑制作用.质量浓度为25、50、100 g/L的马铃薯块茎浸提液处理的种子与对照组发芽率无显著性差异,只有质量浓度为200 g/L处理的种子与对照组发芽率有显著性差异;质量浓度为25、50、100、200 g/L的马铃薯块茎浸提液处理的种子与对照组发芽势有极显著性差异,与对照组的发芽指数和活力指数都有显著性差异.
In order to explore the effect of potato on the germination of wolfberry seeds,with Ningxia wolfberry as the experimental material,treatment of wolfberry seeds with different concentrations of potato tuber extracts,the changes of germination rate,germination energy,germination index,vigor index of the woltberry seeds after treatment was studied. The results showed that the germination rate,germination energy,germination index and vigor index of the woltberry seeds were inhibited by different degrees.There was no significant difference in germination rate between the 25,50 and 100 g/L treated seeds and CK,but there was a significant difference between the seed germination rate and CK with the concentration of 200 g/L.The concentration of 25,50,100,200 g/L treated seeds and CK germination energy has extremely significant difference.The concentration of 25,50,100,200 g/L treatment of seeds and CK in the germination index and vigor index have significant differences.
