摘要 Mx蛋白是由干扰素诱导表达或病毒感染时动物机体产生的一种抗病毒蛋白.Mx蛋白属于GTP酶动态蛋白家族成员之一,具有广谱的抗病毒作用,并广泛存在于动物体内.简要介绍了Mx蛋白的发现和结构以及表达调控,并对不同家族病毒的抗病毒机制进行了综述. Mx protein is an antiviral protein induced by interferon or produced by animals infected with virus.Mx protein has a broad of antiviral function and exists widely in different animals.The finding,structure and expression regulation of Mx protein were introduced simply in this paper.Meanwhile,the antiviral mechanisms of Mx to different family viruses were reviewed.
