摘要 脑凸面蛛网膜下腔出血（convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage，cSAH）是一种不常见的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoid hemorrhage，SAH）形式，出血局限于1个或多个大脑凸面皮质的蛛网膜下腔，但未波及基底池和脑室。对该病的认识多是基于病例报道或小样本病例系列研究。
