农类高职院校金融人才培养实践改革——以温州科技职业学院为例

Teaching Reform of Cultivating Financial Talents in Agricultural Vocational Colleges -- Taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology As an Example

金融市场对人才的需求从数量上和质量上都提出了较高的要求，而农类高职院校培养金融人才往往被认为“不务正业”。本文通过分析农类高职金融人才培养模式存在的问题，以温州科技职业学院为例，从三个维度提出了农类高职院校金融人才培养新模式。

The financial market has a great demand for talents both in quantity and quality, however, cultivat- ing financial talents often is considered ＂worthless＂ in agricultural vocational colleges .In this paper, through the analysis of the problems of cultivating financial talents in agricultural vocational colleges, taking Wenzhou Voca- tional College of Science and Technology as an example, this paper puts forward a new model of cultivating financial talents in agricultural vocational colleges from three dimensions.
