An Analysis on Nontypical Phenomena of Typical Achievements of College Counselors

高校辅导员“典型事迹”是指高校辅导员在实际工作中特别有效的事迹行为，是高校优秀辅导员的行为表现，辅导员“典型事迹”属于“非典型现象”。本文旨在对辅导员“典型事迹”的“非典型现象”解读的基础上进行反思，并对培育辅导员“典型事迹”成为“典型现象”提出建议，以期对辅导员的内涵发展有所裨益。

＂Typical achievements＂ of college counselors are the particularly effective behavior of college counselors in the practical work, which is behavior of excellent college counselors and categorized as ＂nontypical phenomena＂. This thesis will rethink on the interpretation of ＂nontypical phenomena＂ of ＂typical achievements＂ of college counselors and put forward some suggestions on developing the ＂typical achievements＂ into ＂typical phenomena＂ to benefit the connotative development of college counselors.
