摘要
以典型黑土区天然次生林土壤为研究对象,通过0-200cm土层范围内过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶等指标的测定、计算和分析,旨在对未经开垦干扰黑土土壤酶活性特征进行研究,结果表明:未受干扰黑土土壤过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶活性随土层深度的增加而降低,分别在6.88-10.71ml/(g土·20min)、7.37-45.92μg/(g土·24h)、3.06-3.59ml/(g土·24h)、0.28-2.28mg/(g土·24h)、3.65-9.77mg/(g土·24h)之间变化,其中过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶及蔗糖酶在60~80cm土层时显著高于其上下两层。研究结果可为探讨黑土质量的演变规律提供理论依据,也可为植被恢复效果评价提供参考。
By selecting the soil layer ranging from 0 to 200 cm in the natural secondary forest for case study, it was measured, calculated and analyzed the indexes including the catalase, dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, invertase and other indicators, so as to study the enzyme activity characteristics of undisturbed black soil. The results showed that, the enzyme activity characteristics of catalase, dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, invertase and alkaline phos- phatase in the undisturbed black soil decreased as soil layer depth increased, various between 6.88 - 10.71 ml/( g soil · 20min) ,7.37 -45. 921μg/( g soil ·24h) ,3.06 ·3.59ml/( g soil·24h) ,0.28 -2.28mg/( g soil · 24h)and 3.65 - 9.77mg/( g soil · 24h) ,respectively. Of which, the catalase, dehydrogenase and invertase at the soil layer of 60 - 80 cm are significantly higher than that of in the upper and lower layers. The result may be used as not only the theoretical basis for the evolution law of black soil quality but also the reference for the vegetation restoration effect evaluation.
