摘要
高校改革与发展实践表明,执行力是高校竞争力中根本的要素,它可以决定其他要素的状况。但由于高校管理乏力、高校人的执行理念有误、现代大学制度供给不足等原因,导致我国高校管理中普遍存在执行乏力问题,执行力薄弱成为我国高校管理最大的黑洞。从执行力的视角来看,我们能够通过打造执行型的高校人、培育执行文化、构建执行型高校来培育和锻造一所高校的核心竞争力。
Practice of reform and development in universities and colleges indicates that executive power is the fundamental and decisive factor of core competence for a university or college. But the following factors lead to ubiquitous fatigue problems of executive power in the management of university and colleges: fatigue management of the universities and colleges, the wrong executive thoughts of university persons, insufficient supply of modern university systems.Weak executive power becomes the biggest shortcoming of the university and college management. From the viewpoint of executive power, we can foster and build core competence of a university or college by building executive university persons, fostering executive culture and building executive universities and colleges.
