芬兰的教育成就与其完善的质量评估保障体系密切相关。芬兰高等教育评估起步虽晚但发展速度和成绩惊人。因此本文希望通过对芬兰高等教育外部评估现状、机构评估任务与特点的阐述,探寻芬兰教育成功背后的经验,为构建我国高等教育外部评估机构提供宝贵的借鉴意义。

As a Nordic country, education in Finland is paid much attention by whole society, and has high prestige. Educational achievement does not exist isolatedly, it is closely related to its perfect quality assurance and assessment system. Higher education evaluation, in Finland,starts late, but develops fast and gets amazing achievement. Therefore, this article elaborates on the current situation of external evaluation of higher education in Finland, including institutional assessment mission and characteristics, and explores the experience from the success of Finnish education, it can provide valuable references for China＇s construction of external evaluation of higher education institutions.
