摘要 论述了碳四下游产品市场及应用,碳四综合利用技术研发现状和发展前景。重点阐述了丙烯、丁二烯、异丁烯的市场情况。探讨了碳四混合物在芳构化、烷基化和催化裂解等方面的化工利用。指出C4芳构化技术可作为芳烃增产的补充技术;催化裂解技术可与其他低碳烯烃生产工艺结合,增产丙烯和乙烯,提高整体工艺路线的经济性;应加强碳四烷烃裂解技术流化床领域的研究开发。 C4 hydro Carbons products market and application,research and development prospect of comprehensive utilization technology of C4 Hydro Carbons were mainly discussed. The market situation of the propylene,butadiene and isobutylene were described deeply. The chemical exploitation of C4 mixture in the aromatization,alkylation and catalytic pyrolysis process was also summarized. It was pointed out that C4 aromatization technology can be a supplement technology for the increase aromatics production,catalytic cracking technology can be combined with other light olefin technology,increase production of propylene and ethylene,improve the economic benefit of the overall process. It also should strengthen the research and development on C4 paraffin cracking technology based on the fluidized bed.
