摘要
纳米氧化锌Zn O是一种n型半导体,具有高效的光催化活性,光照条件下能降解大多数有毒有机物。本文综述了Zn O的晶体结构、光催化机理,对Zn O改性的方法以及相关机理。介绍了纳米Zn O在空气净化、水处理、建材产品、纺织品等方面的应用现状和发展潜力,指出了纳米Zn O未来的研究方向。
Nanometer zinc oxide( Zn O) is one of the n-type semiconductors which can degrade most of the organics with illumination for the excellent photocatalytic activity. The crystal structure,photocatalytic mechanism,modification method and the relevant mechanism of Zn O were reviewed. The application and development potential of nanometer Zn O in air purification,water treatment,building materials,textiles,etc.,were introduced,and the future research direction of nanometer Zn O was indicated.
