摘要 本文探讨了助剂含量对粉煤灰/树脂复合板材装饰涂层性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰含量由20份增加到60份,涂层的表面硬度、附着力略有提高,且涂层耐酸碱性较好;而随着Al(OH)3逐渐取代粉煤灰,含量由60份增加到100份,涂层的表面硬度、附着力和耐酸碱性变化不大,但阻燃性大幅度提升,离火持续燃烧时间由47 s降低到2 s,涂层表面更光洁。 The properties of decorative coating for fly ash / resin composite plate changing with additive content was researched. The results showed that when the fly ash content increased from 20 copies to 60 copies,surface hardness and adhesive force of coating increased little,and resistance to acid and alkali was better. When the Al( OH)3replaced fly ash gradually and its content increased from 60 copies to 100 copies,the coating surface hardness,adhesive force,acid and alkali resistance changed little,but flame retardant enhanced greatly,the leaving fire continued to burning time decreased from 47 s to 2 s,and the coating surface was more smooth.
