摘要
为了分离、分析高良姜茎叶化学成分,采用柱色谱、高速逆流色谱等分离、分析手段处理茎叶的醇提取物。结果表明,从茎叶醇提取物中分离得到高良姜素、1,7-双苯基-3,5-庚二醇和5-羟基-7-(4"-羟基-3"-甲氧基)-1-苯基-3-庚酮(辛辣味物质),采用高速逆流色谱技术可方便地"敲除"茎叶和根茎中的辛辣味物质。茎叶中含有与根茎(高良姜)极为相似的化学组成。
In order to study the chemical components from the aerial parts of Alpinia officinarum, column chromatographic techniques and high speed counter-current chromatography( HSCCC) were used in the study to separate and analyze the components in the alcoholic extracts of the aerial parts of the plant. The result showed that galangin( 1),1,7-diphenylhepta-3,5- diol( 2) and 5- hydroxyl- 7-[4"- hydroxyl- 3"- methoxy]- 1- phenylhepta- 3- one( 3,a peppery substance) were obtained,and the peppery substance can be knocked out of rhizome water extracts by using HSCCC technique. Chemical compositions were very similar in both rhizome and the aerial parts by comparing their HSCCC chromatograms.
