摘要
为了筛选出适合本地推广应用的辣椒新品种,采用多年多点试验,以品种长辣7号为对照,对比分析辣椒品种的产量、抗病性、主要经济及品质性状。结果表明:产量性状上,各参试新品种单株产量差异不显著,辛香908的丰产性、稳定性最好;品种抗病性上,NY十三辣椒抗病性最好,炭疽病和青枯病发病率低;品质性状上,NY十三辣椒综合品质最好,干物质含量、VC含量、可溶性糖含量、辣椒素含量和二氢辣椒素含量均最高。综合评价,品种辛香908表现最好,适宜各地推广种植。
In order to select the variety that was most suitable for local promotion and application, taking Changla 7 as comparison, taking methods that would used in multi -plot demonstration for several years, yield, disease-resistance, economy and quality of pepper variety were analyzed. The results showed that all testing varieties had not significant difference in a single production ,while Xinxiang 908 was the most stable variety and had the highest yielding ability. In disease-resistance, NY13 was the best one. NY13 had low incidence in anthrax and bacterial wilt. In quality ,NY13 was also the best one. NY13 had the highest percentage in content of dry matter,Vc,soluble sugar,capsaicine and dihydrocapsaicin. In comprehensive evaluation,Xinxiang 908 showed the best performance, and Xinxiang 908 was fit to plant in most parts.
