酸雨胁迫对山核桃幼苗叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用模拟受控酸雨喷淋方法,研究了在重度酸雨(pH=2.5)、中度酸雨(pH=4.0)和对照(pH=5.6)处理条件下,山核桃幼苗在不同季节的叶绿素荧光特性的差异。结果表明:酸雨胁迫下山核桃植株的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ潜在活性(F_v/F_o)、表观电子传递速率(ETR)、PSⅡ实际光化学量子产量(Yield)受酸雨胁迫的影响显著,而非光化学淬灭系数(qN)不显著。随着酸雨胁迫时间的延长F_v/F_m、F_v/F_o和Yield值出现降低后逐步增强的现象,而且对照(pH=5.6)处理显著低于其他处理,说明山核桃在酸处理条件下有一定的适应能力。 A pot experiment was conducted to study the growth and leaf chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Carya cothayensis in different seasons under simulated acid rain stress,including heavy stress (pH=2.5), moderate stress (pH=4.0)and control (pH=5.6). The results showed that on simulated acid rain stress PS Ⅱ maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) ,PS Ⅱ potential activity (Fv/Fv) ,apparent electron transfer rate (ETR)and PS II actual photochemical quantum yield (Yida)were affected by acicl rain stress significantly, and they showed reducing then gradually increasing trend, the control (pH=5.6)was significantly lower than other treatment ,hut non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN)was not significant. Carya cathayensis showed certain adaptability under the acid condition.
