摘要
试验以狗牙根、高羊茅、一年生早熟禾以及草地早熟禾为材料,通过电导法测定不同处理时间以及不同低温胁迫下4种草坪草叶片的电导率值,研究其抗寒性,为草坪质量评价提供理论依据。结果表明:4种草坪草相对电导率均随着温度降低呈现先降低后升高的趋势;随着处理时间的延长,4种草坪草叶片的相对电导率变化不大;其抗寒性强弱表现为一年生早熟禾、高羊茅、狗牙根较好,但差异不明显,草地早熟禾最差。
Using Bermudagrass ,Festuca elata,Poa annua L. and annual Poa pratensis L. as materials,conductivity value in different time and different low temperature stress for the leaves were measured by electrical conductivity which helped to evaluate the quality of lawn. Result showed that the relative electric conductivity of the four kinds of turf grass all increased at first and then decreased with the decreasing of temperature.While the treating time was prolonged ,there were little change.Strong-to-weak sequence of cold resistance on the four kinds of turf grass was Festuca elata,Poa annua L. ,Bermudagrass ,Poa pratensis L..
