马铃薯秸秆中纤维素与半纤维素含量的测定

Determination of Cellulose and Hemicellulose Content in Potato Stalk

马铃薯秸秆属于农作物收割后的废弃物,为了开发利用其中的生物质能,对马铃薯秸秆中的纤维素、半纤维素组分含量进行了测定,结果表明:马铃薯秸秆中的成分主要为纤维素,约占44%;半纤维素约占24%;其余为木质素、水分及其他物质。

Potato straw is a kind of waste after harvesting the crop,in order of development and utilization of the biomass,the potato straw cellulose,hemicellulose content were determined. Results showed that ：potato stalk is composed mainly of cellulose,accounted for about 44%; hemieellulose accounts for about 24% ;the rest components are lignin,water and other substances.
