火焰原子吸收法测定咖啡饮料中5种微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波消解法消解6种咖啡饮料样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)进行Zn、K、Ca、Cu、Mn的含量测定,并对其进行了比较。结果表明院吸光度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系;加标回收率为97.02%~103.80%,RSD值均小于1.31%;方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。准确测定不同种类咖啡饮料中微量元素的含量差异可以为消费者提供更好的选购依据。 The contents of trace elements Zn,K,Ca,Cu,and Mn in coffee drinks were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).Sample solutions were prepared in microwave digestion instrument.The results showed a good liner relationship between absorbancc and concentrations.The recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were between 97.02% and 103.80% ,and the RSD was lower than 1.31%.This method exhibited good accuracy and precision.Accurate determination of the basis of 5 trace elements contents of different coffee drinks beverages has been provided for consumers.
