摘要
通过对茶学概论教学内容、教学方法和教学手段的深入研究,采用问卷调查法,针对不同专业、不同兴趣群体改变教学内容各部分占比和顺序,既做到不同群体与教学内容相互搭配,又做到教学内容与茶叶生产周期相互搭配;采用多种灵活多样的教学方法,适时穿插教学实践环节,实现理论学习与生产实践有机结合;并针对存在的问题提出今后的教改方向。
This paper discussed teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means of Introduction to Tea, using questionnaires for different professions,different interest groups to change the course content and the proportion of each part of the order,make different groups and teaching content with each other, and realize teaching content and tea production cycle with each other. Using several flexible teaching methods, it interspersed with timely practical aspects of teaching, realizing the organic combination of theoretical study and production practice. According to existing problems, educational reform direction in the future was put forward.
