摘要
循环冷却水系统是整个公用工程非常重要的一个组成部分,整个系统主要是负责为发热装置提供冷却水。但是在循环水日常的运行中,经常由于各种因素的影响而出现结垢、腐蚀以及淤积污泥问题,从而导致设备换热能力下降,进而降低设备的运行寿命,甚至影响正常的生产作业。本文通过结合本工厂循环冷却水系统的运行状况,分析循环冷却水系统运行过程中常见问题以及出现问题的原因,并针对性的总结控制循环水系统水质情况的控制方法。
Circulating cooling water system is a very important part of the entire public works, the whole system ismainly responsible for providing cooling water for the heating device and the cooling water treatment.But there are some problems producing like scaling, corrosion and sludge sedimentation due to various factors while the daily operation of the water cycle, then leading to a reduced ability of heat transfer equipment, reducing the operational life of the equipment, what's the worst is affecting the normal production operations. This paper mainly introduces the type of common problems and analyse the reasons of such problems.Summarize various control methods of the water quality in the circulating water system and release some useful conclusions.
