差示分光光度法测定替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中替硝唑的含量

Determination of tinidazole glucose injection by differential spectrophtometry

目的 :建立替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中替硝唑的含量测定方法。方法 :差示分光光度法。结果 :以替硝唑在水和 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中于波长 2 72nm处测得的差示吸收值 (△A) ,作为定量依据 ,其浓度在 10～ 4 0 μg·ml-1之间线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999(n =7) ,平均回收率为 99.5 % ,RSD为 0 .5 % (n =5 )。结论 :本法操作简便准确 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To estadlish a method for determineation of tinidazole in tinidazole glucose injection. METHODS Differential spectrophtometry. RESULTS The differential absorptions of tinidazole in water and in 0.1 mol/LHCl was liner with the tinidazole concentration in the rang of 10～40μg/ml, r = 0.9999 ( n =7), with the detdction wavelength at 272nm.the average recoveries were 99.5% with RSD= 0.5% , ( n =5). CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for quality control of preparations.
