家庭支持对脊柱肿瘤术后稳定性重建患者心理韧性的影响

Influence of family support on psychological resilience of patients reconstructing stability after spinal tumor surgery

目的：探讨家庭支持对脊柱肿瘤术后稳定性重建患者心理韧性的影响。方法：选择2012年1月-2014年1月50例脊柱肿瘤术后稳定性重建患者并随机等分为对照组和试验组，两组患者均在出院时采用家庭支持量表、中文版CD—RISC韧性量表和改良Barthel指数（MBI）进行评估后，对照组按照脊柱肿瘤术后稳定性重建出院护理常规进行护理；试验组给予6个月的家庭支持干预，观察比较两组患者出院时、出院6个月时家庭支持、心理韧性和MBI评分情况。结果：出院6个月时试验组家庭支持、MBI、心理韧性评分均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对脊柱肿瘤术后稳定性重建患者在出院后居家护理中加强其家庭支持干预，能有效提高其心理韧性，促进功能康复。

Objective：To explore the influence of family support on psychological resilience of patients reconstructing stability after spinal tumor surgery. Methods：Selected 50 patients reconstructing stability after spinal tumor surgery from January 2012 to January 2014, and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group. After patients in the two groups conducted assessment with family support scale, CD - RISC resilience scale in Chinese version and modified Barthel index （bIBI） in discharge, the control group conducted nursing according to routine discharge nursing of stability reconstruction after spinal tumor surgery; the experimental group was given with 6 - month family support intervention, and compared the family support, psychological resilience and MBI scores at discharge and the 6th month after discharge of patients in the two groups. Results： The family support, MBI and psychological resilience scores of the experimental group at the 6th month after discharge were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Strengthening family support intervention in home care after discharge on patients reconstructing stability after spinal tumor surgery, can effectively enhance their psychological resilience and promote function recovery.
