晚期声门癌切除术后Orem自理理论的护理

Nursing of Orem self-care theory after late glottic carcinoma resection

目的：评价Orem自理理论在晚期声门癌切除术后护理的应用作用及对生存质量的影响。方法：选取我院2013年2月-2015年2月收治的声门癌患者68例，均采用晚期声门癌切除术治疗，将患者随机等分为A组与B组，其中A组32例，B组36例，A组患者接受常规护理干预，对B组患者则实施应用Orem自理理论护理干预。比较两组护理干预后发音功能、自护能力及生存质量的情况。结果：出院时评估B组患者自护能力均显著优于A组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者发音功能比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访1年B组患者生存质量量表语言交流、活动能力维度及总分优于A组（P〈0．05）。结论：晚期声门癌切除术后患者应用Orem自理理论护理干预可提高患者自护能力，改善生存质量及发音功能，有利于患者的术后恢复。

Objective ：To evaluate the application function of Orem self - care theory in nursing after late glottic carcinoma resection and influence on life quality. Methods： Selected 68 patients with glottic carcinoma admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015, all patients received treatment of late glottic carcinoma resection, randomly divided them into group A and group B, with group A having 32 cases and group B having 36 cases. Patients in group A received routine nursing intervention, while group B was implemented and applied with Orem self - care theory nursing intervention. Compared the conditions of voice function, self - care ability and life quality of the two groups after the nursing intervention. Results ： In discharge, the self - care ability of patients in group B were all significantly better than those of the group A, and the difference was of statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared the voice function of the two groups, the difference was of no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after paying return visit for a year, the verbal communication, activity ability dimension and total scores of life quality scale of patients in group B, were significantly higher than those of the.group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Patients after late glottic carcinoma resection can use Orem self- care theory nursing intervention, can enhance patients＇ self - care ability, improve life quality and voice function, and it is beneficial for patients＇ postoperative recovery.
