井下铲运机动臂动态特性的研究

The Underground LHD Analysis of Swing Dynamic Characteristics

利用Pro/E软件建立井下铲运机动臂的三维模型,以ANSYS Workbench为基本工具,对井下铲运机的动臂进行了动态特性的研究分析。得到了动臂在1~6阶时振动特性、动臂在自由状态下的固有频率,并对其振动特性进行进行了分析。研究结果为井下铲运机动臂的设计及改进提供了参考和依据。

Using Pro/E software to build 3 D model of the swing of underground LHD,then the swing through the dynamic characteristics analysis with ANSYS Workbench as the basic tools.We got the vibration characteristic in 1-6 order and natural frequency of the swing in the free state,and then analyzed its vibration characteristics.The result provides the reference and basis for the design and improvement of the swing of underground LHD.
