摘要 实施调控一体化后,电力二次设备投切操作仍以现场人工投退其硬压板方式为主,为提高电网运行安全效率效益水平,经过探索,依托OPEN3000调度控制自动化系统、调度数据传输网、变电站综合自动化系统和微机保护测控装置等子站端二次设备,采用了基于保护软压板遥控操作的二次设备远方投切技术,经过实际应用,为确保设备和电网安全、稳定、可靠、优质、经济运行提供技术支撑,节约了电网运维管理成本,提高了调度控制能力与管理水平。 Actualized integration of dispatcher control, but all operations of power secondary equipment depend on substation operators.To raise the level of safety and efficiency benefits of power networks running,after investigation,depending on OPEN3000 dispatcher control automatic system, dispatching data transmission network,substation automation system and substation secondary equipment,we adopt a new technique of remotely switching secondary equipment which based on telecontrolling protective device soft strap.After application,offering technical support to ensure the safeness,stabilization,reliableness,excellence and economy operation of electrical installations and power netwoks,saving managerial cost that operation of power netwoks,raising the level of dispatcher control management.
