浅谈土地确权发证中宗地四至自动处理问题

作者基于近几年开展的农村土地承包经营权确权项目、农村集体土地确权发证项目的基础上,对于宗地(地块)的四至问题进行了深入的探讨,并利用EPS2008软件平台,对利用脚本编程技术,实现了宗地四至的自动提取,为土地确权登记工作节省了大量人力物力,提高了工作效率。
