金华市多子芋种质资源对比试验

摘要 通过对多子芋10个品种在水生环境中的筛选与评价,认为福建白芋在浙江省金华栽培适应性较强,但品质一般,不适宜本地消费习惯。绍兴红梗芋和湖州芋种性保持良好,产量也比较高。金华红芽芋个大而均匀,粉糯浓香,品质极佳,商品性好,种植效益突出。 We screened and evaluated 10 varieties of taro with numerous corm in the aquatic environment. The results showed that the Fujian White Taro could be cultivated strong adaptability in Jinhua, but the quality was normal, and it was not suitable for local consumption habits. Shaoxing Red Stems Taro and Huzhou Taro were kept well, and the yields were relatively high. Jinhua Red Bud Taro was big and uniform, waxy powder and aroma. It had excellent quality, good commodity and prominent benefits.
