苦参碱对绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究不同浓度的苦参碱水溶液浸泡绿豆种子对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度的苦参碱水溶液浸泡绿豆种子,观察并测量绿豆生长的形态指标。[结果]随着苦参碱溶液浓度的增加,绿豆发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、干重、鲜重、根冠比、根长和株高出现先增大后减小的现象,80 mg/L苦参碱处理的绿豆在发芽势、发芽率方面极显著高于对照组,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数分别为99.6%、97.2%、33.7、165.13;80 mg/L苦参碱处理的绿豆在干重、鲜重、根冠比、根长和株高上达到最大。[结论]为绿色农业植物生长调节剂的研发和应用提供参考依据。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different concentrations of matrine solution on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean. [Method] The mung bean was soaked with different concentration of matrine solution and the morphological index was determined. [Result] With the increasing of matrine solution concentration, mung beant germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, dry weight, fresh weight, root shoot ratio, root length and plant height increased firstly and then decreased. The germination potential, germination rate of mung bean processed with 80 mg/L matrine solution were higher than that of control significantly. Germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index were 99.6%, 97.2%, 33.7,165.13 respectively. 80 mg/L matrine solution of mung bean in dry weight,fresh weight, root shoot ratio, root length and plant height reached to the maximum value. [Conclusion] The results could provide references for the green agricultural plants development and application.
