摘要
为了准确把握煤矿建设项目所处地域的气候背景及气象灾害发生规律,避免或减轻项目规划、建设及运营期因气象灾害造成的损失,该文主要针对大风、暴雨、雷电气象灾害因子,对其发生频率、影响程度进行分析,详实地评估煤矿可能遭受气象灾害的危险性,提出有针对性的对策及建议,为项目建设及投产后安全生产提供了科学的决策依据。
In order to accurately grasp the occurrence regularity of regional climate background and meteorological disasters of coal mine construction project, avoid or reduce the losses caused by meteorological disasters project planning, construction and operation period, this paper mainly analyzed occurrence frequency and impact of winds, heavy rain, thunder and lightning meteorological disaster factors, detailed evaluation the risk of meteorological disasters,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide a scientific basis for decision making of project construction and production safety.
