在对学校体育科研发展历程进行回顾的基础上,分析上海市体育教师的科研现状以及影响其从事科研的主要因素,探讨制约体育教师科研能力提升的信息获取、科研培训等关键问题。从分类培训、搭建平台、政策支持等方面提出提升体育教师科研能力的举措。

Based on the development of academic research on school physical education, this paper analyzed the status quo of physical teachers＇ academic research and the factors to influence their research progress, including the information acquisition and research training, etc. The countermeasures were suggested hereby.
