目的:探讨"看病难、看病贵"发生的原因与对策。方法:通过分析患者医疗需求与对基层医疗机构的认知情况,以及现行的医保与医疗体制与"看病难、看病贵"发生的关系。结果:发生"看病难、看病贵"的原因与现行的医保与医疗体制不完善,患者对疾病的认知、医疗需求和对基层医疗机构认识不清有关。结论:只有不断完善医保与医疗体制,加强基层医疗机构的建设,正确引导患者按需就医,才能从根本上解决"看病难、看病贵"的发生。

Objective：To discuss the factors and countermeasures of the difficulty and cost of treatment.Method：analyze patients＇ medical needs and their cognitive situation of grassroots medical institutions,as well as the relationship between current health care,medical system and ＂a doctor＂ difficulty and high cost.Result：The cause of ＂a doctor＂ difficulty and high cost is related to the current health care and the imperfect health care system,inaccurate comprehension of disease and medical needs,and misunderstanding of grassroots medical institutions.Conclusion：Only constant improvement of health care and health care system can strengthen the construction of grassroots medical institutions,correctly guide patients to seek medical treatment at appropriate levels,and thereby fundamentally solve the ＂difficulty and high cost ＂.
