新入职护士对护理安全认知情况及培训需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on cognition and training needs of new nurses in nursing safety related knowledge

调查分析新入职护士(工作时间≤1年)对护理安全相关知识的认知情况及培训需求,为进一步开展新入职护士安全知识培训提供参考。采取整群取样的方法,应用本研究小组自行编制的"护理安全知识认知情况及培训需求调查表",对某院2013-2015年度新入职的47名护士进行问卷调查。新入职护士对安全相关知识的认知状况较差,对护理安全相关知识培训的需求较高,可参照调查结果制定培训计划和培训方式,以提高培训效果。

Survey analysis of new recruits nurses working time is less than or equal to（1 year） on nursing safety related knowledge cognition and training needs,provide a reference for the further development of the safety training for newly recruited nurses.Methods by cluster sampling method,application of our research group developed ＂nursing safety knowledge cognition situation and training needs questionnaire＂ of our hospital 2013-2015 year new recruits 47 nurses of the questionnaire.The new nurses＇ knowledge of safety related knowledge is poor,and the demand for nursing safety related knowledge training is higher,and the training plan and training methods can be established according to the survey results,so as to improve the training effect.
