主动脉球囊反搏术在心脏重症患者中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨主动脉球囊反搏术在心脏重症患者中的应用疗效。方法:选取入住某院心内科并接受IABP辅助治疗的心脏重症患者30例,对所有患者于床旁或者心导管室行IABP置入术,比较IABP治疗前后患者的心率、动脉压、24h尿量、心脏射血分数、心排出量、脑钠钛等。结果:30例患者经过IABP辅助治疗后,28例患者的病情得以好转,好转率达93.33%;心率较治疗前有明显的下降,平均动脉压与24h尿量均较治疗前有显著的提高,左室射血分数与心排出量较治疗前有明显的改善,血浆脑钠钛浓度较治疗前有明显降低。结论:IABP在心脏重症患者中的应用,极大地降低了患者的病死率与并发症的发生率,改善了患者的长期预后,从而具有极大的应用推广价值。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of intra aortic balloon pump in patients with severe cardiac disease.Method:January 2014 and 2015 December admitted in our hospital department of Cardiology and accept 30 cases of IABP in adjuvant treatment of patients with severe heart,of all patients in bedside or cardiac catheterization room IABP implantation and compared before and after the IABP in patients with heart rate,arterial pressure,24 h urine volume,cardiac ejection fraction,cardiac discharge volume,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and other.Results:30 patients after IABP therapy,28 patients,the condition can be improved,the improvement rate was 93.33%;heart rate compared with those before treatment is significantly reduced,compared with before treatment,mean arterial blood pressure and urine volume has significantly improved,discharge of left ventricular ejection fraction and heart had significantly improved compared with before treatment,the amount of plasma brain sodium titanium concentration compared with those before treatment have decreased significantly.Conclusion:The application of IABP in patients with severe heart disease can greatly reduce the mortality of patients and the incidence of complications,improve the long-term prognosis of patients,so it has great application value.
