传统开腹与腹腔镜胆囊切除术疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of traditional open surgery and laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:分析比较传统开腹与腹腔镜胆囊切除术两种术式的临床疗效,探索不同术式对胆囊疾病患者的临床价值。方法:122例胆囊切除术患者按传统开腹(OC)和腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)进行分组,两组患者术前病情、发病时间、经济条件等一般资料经统计学分析无显著差异。观察两组患者术中、术后情况,并作对比分析。结果:LC组手术时间、出血量、进餐时间及住院时间等均显著低于OC组(P<0.05),而术后恢复情况、并发症发生率等两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LC和OC比较疗效相当,但手术时间、进餐时间、住院时间明显缩短,术中出血量也较少,在病情相同的情况下,可优先选择LC术式。

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of operation methods of traditional open surgery and laparoscopic cholecystectomy,to explore the clinical value of different operation methods in patients with gallbladder diseases.Method：the occupancy of the 122 cases of gallbladder resection were,according to the traditional open cholecystectomy（OC） and laparoscopic gallbladder resection（LC） group,the two groups of patients with preoperative condition,time of onset,the economic conditions by statistical analysis of no significant difference.The two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results：The operation time,blood loss,meal time and length of stay in LC group were significantly lower than those in group OC（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant statistical significance（P〈0.05） in the two groups after the recovery of postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications.Conclusion：curative effect of LC and OC is similar,but the operation time,meal time,hospitalization time was significantly shorter,the amount of bleeding in surgery is less,in the same condition,can give priority to choose LC.
