乙型肝炎病毒感染肝衰竭患者预后判断的影响因素

Influencing factors on prognosis of patients with hepatitis B virus infection in patients with liver failure

目的:分析乙型肝炎病毒感染肝衰竭患者预后判断的影响因素。方法:选取某医院收治的130例乙肝肝衰竭患者,随机分为有效组(59例)和无效组(71例),比较两组患者的常规指标、肝功能指标、乙肝病毒指标。结果:两组中患者血小板、AFP、肌酐、白蛋白、总胆红素、纤维蛋白原、PTA的水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血小板、AFP、肌酐、白蛋白、总胆红素、纤维蛋白原、PTA对乙肝肝衰竭预后判断具有显著的影响。

Objective：To analyze the influence of hepatitis B virus infection in patients with liver failure prognosis factors.Methods：In our hospital 130 cases of hepatitis B liver failure patients were randomly divided into effective group（59 cases） and ineffective group（71 cases）,compared to conventional indicators of the two groups of patients,liver function,hepatitis B virus index.Results：In two groups of patients with platelet,AFP and creatinine were significantly different（P0.05）,there is statistical significance.Conclusion：platelet,AFP,creatinine,albumin,total bilirubin,fibrinogen and PTA have significant influence on the prognosis of hepatitis B liver failure.
