香砂六君子汤为主综合治疗肿瘤病人厌食症的临床观察

To observe the clinical curative effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction combined treatment of tumor patients with anorexia

目的:针对香砂六君子汤联合耳穴压豆、甲地孕酮治疗肿瘤患者厌食症的临床疗效加以观察。方法:抽取某院接受治疗的54例肿瘤患者,按照数字表法随机分成研究组与对照组,各27例,其中对照组采取甲地孕酮进行治疗,研究组则采取香砂六君子汤联合耳穴压豆及甲地孕酮治疗。对比这两组治疗前后的体重、食欲、卡氏评分以及临床改善情况。结果:治疗后,研究组食欲、卡氏评分、体重以及临床症状改善情况明显优先于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗肿瘤患者的过程中,采取香砂六君子汤联合耳穴压豆、甲地孕酮治疗,能够改善患者的厌食症,缓解临床症状。

Objective：In Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with auricular point press the clinical curative effect of beans,megestrol progesterone in the treatment of tumor patients with anorexia can be observed.Method：our hospital accepted treatment of 54 cases of tumor patients,according to the digital table method were randomly divided into study group and control group,27 cases in each,the control group taking megestrol acetate treatment,study group take Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with auricular point pressure beans and megestrol acetate treatment.Before and after the treatment,the body weight,appetite,and the clinical improvement of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment,the study group appetite,the card＇s score,body weight and the improvement of clinical symptoms were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In treatment of cancer patients,take Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with ear pressure beans,megestrol acetate therapy can improve the patients with anorexia nervosa,relieve the clinical symptoms.
