老年梗阻性结肠癌42例的临床治疗体会

Elderly obstruction in 42 patients with colorectal cancer

目的:分析使用药物和手术的联合治疗方法治疗老年梗阻性结肠癌患者,观察其临床治疗效果。方法:将某医院42例老年梗阻性结肠癌患者分为对照组与实验组,对照组只采用手术治疗方法,并在术前不做特殊的治疗措施;实验组在术前进行益维宁或思他宁等药物治疗。对两组老年病患的手术成功率与术后并发症、发生率等情况进行记录观察,并得出有效结论。结果:术前进行药物治疗的实验组患者的术后恢复情况有了显著提高,老年梗阻性结肠癌患者的根治率也大幅上升(P<0.05);癌症复发率与并发症也减少(P<0.05)。结论:药物治疗与手术治疗相互结合的治疗方式对于老年梗阻性结肠癌患者的康复具有显著作用,且在术后并发症的抑制上有突出效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined therapy with drugs and surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer.Methods：In our hospital,42 cases of senile obstructive knot colorectal cancer patients were divided into two groups as control group and the experimental group,while the control group only with surgical treatment and in the preoperative do special treatment;the experimental group before operation were Yiweining or thought he Ning,and other drug treatment.The operation success rate of the two groups of elderly patients and postoperative complications,morbidity and other conditions were recorded and observed,and the effective conclusion was drawn.Results：Preoperative drug in the treatment of patients in the experimental group in the operation after the recovery has been significantly improved,old obstruction node colon cancer patients cure rate also increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Cancer recurrence rate and complications are reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of drug therapy and surgical treatment for the treatment of elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer has a significant role in rehabilitation,and the postoperative complications of the inhibition on the prominent effect.
