胃大部分切除术围手术期护理效果研究

Study on perioperative nursing effect of subtotal gastric resection

目的:观察胃大部分切除术患者围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法:将94例胃大部分切除术者随机等分成试验组与对照组。试验组采取护理干预法,对照组采取常规护理法。观察两组护理效果。结果:试验组并发症发生率与溃疡复发率分别为4.26%、2.13%,对照组为21.28%、14.89%。试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较住院时间、伤口愈合时间与排气时间及护理满意度,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃大部分切除术围手术期者应用护理干预,利于其病情的恢复,并发症少。

Objective：To observe gastrectomy perioperative nursing methods and results.Methods：94 cases of gastric most resection performer random divided into treatment group and control group.Take nursing intervention group,control group take routine nursing method.Observe nursing effect.Results：the complication rate of experimental group and ulcer recurrence rates were 4.26%,2.13%,and the control group was 21.28%,14.89%.Experimental group obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Compare the length of hospital stay,wound healing time and exhaust time and nursing satisfaction,experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：most gastric resection of perioperative nursing intervention,conducive to the condition of recovery,fewer complications.
