多发性骨髓瘤患者自我管理及护理干预实践

Self management and nursing intervention in patients with multiple myeloma

目的:从护理方面解决干预多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨病自我管理当中存在的问题保障患者生活质量。方法:对321例确诊为多发性骨髓瘤并伴随骨病的患者进行实验探究,根据分析用访谈法收录到的所有患者第一次住院和第二次住院时骨病的有关情况,第一次住院时给予患者相应的护理对策然后对比分析两次住院时骨病的情况。结果:影响多发性骨髓瘤患者骨病自我管理能力的因素包括年龄以及受教育程度等因素(P<0.01)。患者在接受护理指导后,骨病的认知程度得到提高、饮食习惯得到了改善,对药物治疗依从性的认识也有所提高等。结论:联系患者实际情况制定相应护理对策,有助于MM伴骨病患者在管理过程中提升自我管理能力、提高生活品质。

Objective：Solve from the nursing intervention of multiple myeloma（mm） in patients with bone disease self management existence problem protect the quality of life of patients.Methods：to 321 cases for multiple myeloma accompanied by bone disease patients of inquiry experiment.According to the analysis with the interview included in all patients with first hospital and second hospital bone disease on and hospitalized for the first time to give patients and the corresponding nursing measures and comparative analysis of bone disease in hospitalized twice.Results：the effects of self management ability of bone disease of multiple myeloma factors including age and level of education and other factors,related（P〈0.01）.Patients after receiving care guidance,the cognitive degree of bone disease get improve eating habits,improved,on drug treatment compliance is also improved.Conclusion：contact the actual situation of patients develop the corresponding nursing countermeasures,help to mm with bone disease patients in the management process to enhance self management ability,improve the quality of life.
