健康教育对老年慢性胃炎患者疗效及依从性的影响

Effect and compliance of health education on elderly patients with chronic gastritis

目的:对健康教育指导在老年慢性胃炎护理中的作用进行分析。方法:选择老年慢性胃炎患者60例作为研究对象,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行健康教育指导,对比两组患者对慢性胃炎疗效及依从性。结果:观察组治疗有效率(93.3%),对照组为(80.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在定期体检、规范用药、戒烟戒酒、合理饮食、情绪调节依从人数方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过健康教育可让老年慢性胃炎患者进一步认识自身病情,提高其自我控制能力,进而提高治疗依从性,促进患者康复。

Objective：To analysis of the role of health education in elderly patients with chronic gastritis care.Methods：60 cases of elderly patients with chronic gastritis were selected as research subjects,the control group received routine care,the observation group received health education based on the control group,the efficacy and compliance in two groups were compared.Results：efficiency in observation group was 93.3%,which in the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;In terms of regular physical examination,standard medication,tobacco and alcohol,proper diet,emotional regulation,the proportion of observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Health education can make elderly patients with chronic gastritis further understanding of their condition and improve their self-control,and to improve treatment compliance,and promote them rehabilitation.
