认知行为干预对女性面部烧伤患者心理护理的应用

The application of cognitive behavior intervention on the psychological nursing of female patients with facial burn

目的:探究认知行为干预在青年女性面部烧伤患者心理护理中的应用价值。方法:选择研究对象为某医院收治的90例青年女性面部烧伤患者。对照组实施常规烧伤科心理护理;观察组在常规烧伤科心理护理基础上另予以认知行为干预。对比两组患者心理干预前后焦虑抑郁变化情况。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS评分及SDS评分均不同程度有所下降,且观察组下降更为显著,组间、组内对比均具有明显统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度100.00%(46/46)明显高于对照组84.09%(37/44)(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预有效改善青年女性面部烧伤后焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,认知行为干预切实有效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the application value of cognitive behavior intervention in the psychological care of young women with facial burn.Methods：In our hospital in October 90 cases of young female patients with facial burn.The control group received the routine psychological nursing department of burns;the observation group in the conventional nursing department of burns based on given cognitive behavioral intervention.The changes of anxiety and depression in two groups were compared before and after psychological intervention.Results：after the intervention,two groups of patients,the scores of SAS and SDS scores showed different degrees of decline and observation group decreased more significantly,between groups,group were compared with obvious statistical significant（P〈0.05）.100% observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group（46/46） 84.09%（37/44）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：cognitive behavior intervention effectively improve facial burns in young women,anxiety and depression of negative emotions,and cognitive behavioral intervention and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
