护理干预在小儿静脉输液中的应用研究

For the application of nursing intervention in children with intravenous infusion

目的:研究在小儿静脉输液中护理干预的应用效果。方法:将2014年2月-2015年9月某院进行静脉输液的患儿234例随机分两组,实验组117例,在常规护理的基础上行综合性护理干预,对照组117例,采用常规护理。结果:两组患儿FLACC量与Wang-baker笑脸量评分,实验组的分值明显低于对照组的分值,实验组在静脉输液时依从性、一次穿刺成功率、满意度高于对照组,并且静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿静脉输液中,采用综合性护理干预能够缓解患儿疼痛、提高患儿的依从性,改善护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the application effect of nursing intervention in the pediatric intravenous fluids.Methods：in February 2014-September 2015 children with intravenous infusion in our 234 cases were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 117 cases,on the basis of conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,control group 117 cases,the conventional nursing.Results：two groups of children with Wangbaker,smiling face amount FLACC score,the score of experimental group scores significantly lower than the control group,experimental group during intravenous infusion compliance,a success rate of puncture,satisfaction is higher than the control group,the incidence of phlebitis and significantly lower than the control group,two groups is significant difference,statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：in pediatric intravenous fluids,adopt the comprehensive nursing intervention can ease the children with pain,improve the patient＇s compliance,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
