小儿心脏病介入治疗24例的护理干预

Nursing intervention on 24 cases of pediatric cardiac intervention

目的:分析探讨小儿心脏病采取介入治疗时护理方面应给予的措施。方法:选取某医院收治入院的小儿先天性心脏病患儿48例,且均在该院接受介入治疗,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,对照组给与常规护理,观察组在此基础上结合介入治疗的相关护理,分析两组患儿术后并发症情况。结果:观察组患儿术后发生并发症4例,并发症发病率为16.7%;对照组患儿术后发生并发症21例,并发症发生率为87.5%,两组患儿术后并发症发生率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿先天性心脏病采取介入治疗是临床上较为先进的治疗方法,但在治疗时要结合相应的护理措施,才能保证介入手术的治疗效果,降低术后并发症的发生概率,从而提升小儿的生命生活质量。

Objective：to analyze and discuss the measures that should be given to the nursing care of children with heart disease in interventional therapy.Methods：in our hospital,who were admitted to the pediatric congenital heart disease in children in 48 cases and in our hospital underwent interventional treatment,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 24 cases,control group was given routine nursing care observed group based on the combined with interventional therapy nursing and analysis of two groups of children with postoperative complications.Results：observation group patients had complications after 4,complication rate was 16.7%;control group patients had complications after 21,the complication rate was 87.5%,two groups of children with postoperative complication rate compared with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：children with congenital heart disease become take interventional therapy is clinically more advanced treatment methods,but in the treatment to combined with the corresponding nursing measures,in order to ensure interventional treatment effect of surgery,reduce postoperative complications incidence,so as to enhance the life quality of life of children.
